Ashley is the Shreveport Office Lead and supports our team and patients as a Treatment Coordinator in our Shreveport offices. She is a Parkway Highschool Alumni and received her Dental Assistant Certification from ArkLaTex Dental Assisting Academy. She brings her experience as a CDA and over 8 years as administrative support at ABS to her role in leadership. She is passionate about educating our patients and providing them with unmatched service.

Ashley is a Shreveport native who enjoys spending time with her husband and their 4 children. She loves doing anything and everything as a family unit, from traveling to simply watching a movie, spending time with friends, and self-care time.

Gabbie is the North Bossier Office Lead and Treatment Coordinator. She has been in customer service since 2016 and received her degree in Medical Office Assisting in Spring of 2023. She loves her ABS team and providing our patients with an amazing dental experience where everyone contributes their talents.

In her free time, Gabbie enjoys riding the ranch with her significant other and spoiling her nieces and nephews. She is recently married and loves planning her future and living in Louisiana.

Meredith is our South Bossier Office Leader and Treatment Coordinator. She joined the ABS team in 2016 and began her career as a Dental Assistant in 2000. She enjoys sharing her skill, knowledge, and experiences with other team members to make patients our the number one priority.

She is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have three adult sons. She keeps herself busy three dogs: Boo, Peppy, and Turbo. Meredith enjoys any creative art project that allows her to express herself.

Haylee, Hygiene Coordinator, has been at our office since October 2013. She is committed to making sure our patients get their routine cleanings and helping them understand the value of their preventive care appointments.

Haylee is married to Daniel and they have one son, Jaxon. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends and their precious Goldendoodle, Charlotte. Haylee loves to travel and in her free time, she is most likely at the ballpark cheering on her son and travel ball team.

Taylor is a Hygiene Coordinator for our Shreveport team. She graduated in 2016 with a degree in Business Administration. Taylor enjoys preparing all of our patients to receive excellent dental care.

In her free time, she spends time with her beautiful daughters. When she's not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Tamara is one of our amazing Patient Care Coordinators at our Shreveport office. She brings her experience as a Certified Dental Assistant and years of customer servie to her administrative role and loves working in the field of Dentistry. She enjoys being a part of such a family-oriented practice.

 Tamara is a Shreveport native who loves spending time with her family in her free time. She has three girls and two boys, is married to her highschool sweetheart, and has 2 dogs, Nola and Bourre. Tamara loves traveling, photography, and being a sports mom.

Maria is the smiling face of our Front Desk Team in the Suite 500 office in Shreveport. She has over 16 years of customer service experience that continuously shines through in the relationships she builds with our patients. She is licensed in Medical Office Administration and enjoys providing an excellent experience to our team and our patients.

Maria has a beautiful daughter, Mariah, who attends Byrd High School. Together they enjoy crocheting, fishing, and creating art in all forms. Originally from North Carolina, she enjoys the amazing Fall season. Above all, Maria loves God and works to spread his word through kindness and positivity.

Courtney graduated from La Tech as Kinesiology Professional. She has experience in healthcare and corporate settings and is now the first smiling face you will see at our North Bossier office.

She is married to her highschool sweetheart and has a Great Dane named Ace. Courtney enjoys cooking, planning dinner parties, and taking Ace for long neighborhood walks.

Alondra is one of our amazing Patient Care Coordinators at our Shreveport location. She graduated from Bossier Parish Community College with her Associates in Business Administration in 2023 and is bilingual. Her favorite thing about working at ABS is getting to see new faces and meet new patients everyday. She is also grateful for the ability to help our Spanish-speaking patients receive the quality oral healthcare they deserve.

Alondra is orignally from Houston, TX and moved to Shreveport/Bossier with her family at a young age. She has two dogs, Molly and Chapo, who are her babies! She loves eating, hanging out with her friends, eating, going to car meets and races, and... eating.

Abby brings over 8 years of customer service experience to our North Bossier team as one of our talented Patient Care Coordinators. She received her Associates in Business Administration. Her favorite thing about working at ABS is having the opportunity to work with such great team members and help our amazing patients.

Abby is from Stonewall, LA where she enjoys tending to her vegetable garden, spending time with family, cooking new meals, and playing outside with her son, Hudson. She is mom not only to Hudson, but also shares her two dogs, poodle Lulu and doxipoo Olive, with her boyfriend.

Candace is a Florida native and a 2023 graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Sociology. As a Patient Care Coordinator, she takes pride in providing a welcoming and supportive environment for every patient, ensuring their experience is both comfortable and positive.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their two children, and their dog, Blue. Candace also has a passion for travel and exploring new places with her family.

Alyia is originally from El Dorado, AR and has been a member of the Air Force Reserve since 2019. She brings her experience as a Patient Access Representative at Ochsner LSU and a Tier 2 Specialized Agent for FEMA to her role as a PAtient Care Coordinator at A Brighter Smile. She enjoys meeting new patients every day at ABS.

She enjoys spending quality time with her young son, Lyam, and watching movies in her free time.

Karalyn is a graduate of Northwood High School and earned her Dental Assisting certifications from the Caddo Career Center. She previously served as an intern, and is currently a Patient Care Coordinator with our team. She is passionate about ensuring every patient has a positive experience and leaves our office with a smile on their face.

Originally from Blanchard, Louisiana, Karalyn shares her home with her sweet cat, Smokey. In her free time, she loves traveling to new places, going shopping, and spending quality time with her family and her boyfriend.

Ansley is a Patient Care Coordinator who loves being personable with our patients and ensuring they have the best possible experience from the moment they walk in. As a Shreveport/Bossier native, she takes great pride in serving her local community and helping everyone feel welcome.

Outside of the office, Ansley is a proud "dog mom" to her blue pit bull, Ace, whom she considers her child. In her free time, she loves to travel, shop, and spend time in the kitchen cooking up new recipes.

Kessly is a Patient Care Coordinator who brings a wealth of clinical knowledge to our administrative team. She served as a Registered Dental Assistant for two years before transitioning to her current role and maintains her CPR certification. Kessly is passionate about the positive environment at A Brighter Smile Dental Care, where she ensures every patient feels welcome and supported.

Outside of the office, Kessly enjoys spending quality time with her boyfriend and their dog. She can often be found shopping, playing video games, or enjoying a day at the park with her pup.

Inger is the Finance and Insurance department's Team Leader. She has over 30 years of experience in her field and has been a part of the A Brighter Smile team since 2009. Not only does she keep us afloat financially, but she also makes sure our insurance claims happen in a timely fashion.

Whether she’s crafting, gardening, or out for a stroll with her dog Sid, Inger stays inspired by the outdoors and her favorite DIY projects. She treasures her time spent playing Mah Jong and Pokeno with friends and loves traveling to Tennessee or visiting her two children in Dallas and New Orleans.

Sabrina has been with A Brighter Smile Dental Care for more than six years. She diligently works behind the scenes: coordinating with insurance companies to help make sure your visit goes as smoothly as possible. She may be one of the friendly voices you hear when you call our office. She is also certified as an expanded duty dental assistant.

Sabrina is married to Stephen, and they have two kids, Nathan and Natalie. She enjoys traveling to Texas or anywhere in the mountains. She also enjoys spending time with her grandmas and playing with her two precious Yorkies, Isabella and Zoey.

Kara is a part of our billing and insurance department. She works efficiently to coordinate with insurance companies and takes care of our patient accounts. She has been with A Brighter Smile since February 2018.

She has two dogs, Luna and Gemma. She enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Delaney is a Financial Coordinator at our North Bossier office. She has been a part of our team since December 2019 and enjoys working with insurance companies to provide an excellent experience for our patients.

Delaney is currently in school to receive her Business degree and loves spending time with her family. She has a daughter Adalyn Marlee but calls her AddyMae. She enjoys meeting new people and traveling.

Racheal is the Scheduling Coordinator Lead at our practice. She is the friendly voice our patients look forward to hearing when it’s time to schedule their appointment. She has more than a decade of experience in the dental field.

Married with two children, Racheal enjoys the outdoors: camping, swimming, and gardening. In her free time, she loves reading, watching tv and movies, playing cards, and playing with her dog, Bear.

Hailey has been in the dental industry since 2015. She has been a part of the ABS team, as a Scheduling Coordinator, since 2021. Hailey enjoys playing an important role in helping our patients by communicating with them and understanding their needs.

Hailey loves traveling, attending concerts, crafting, and spending time with her family. She is married with two children, spending most of their time at the baseball park.

Emily has been working in Dentistry since 2020 and has years of experience in Customer Service. She has been a part of the ABS team, as a Scheduling Coordinator, since early 2022. Emily enjoys helping patients take charge of their oral health by answering their questions, scheduling visits, and welcoming first-time patients to our office!

Emily enjoys reading, listening to and playing music, and bowling in her free time. Her favorite way to spend her time is by going on walks with her Jack Russel Terrier named Jo.

Courtney is a Scheduling Coordinator at A Brighter Smile. She has a genuine passion for helping patients feel at ease and well taken care of when scheduling their visits. With her warm personality and attention to detail, she’s dedicated to making every experience smooth and positive from the very first call.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys crafting, spending time in her garden, and making memories with her family.

With four and a half years of experience in the healthcare field, Kayla supports our team and patients as a Scheduling Coordinator. Kayla takes great pride in being the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they feel truly welcome and appreciated from the moment they reach out. Providing top-tier customer service and making every patient feel valued is always her primary goal.

A Benton native, Kayla has been married for nearly three years and is a busy mom to three children: two boys and a girl. Outside of the office, she cherishes quality time with her family, enjoys cooking and baking, and loves to unwind by settling in with a good book.

Adrienne is a Scheduling Coordinator who has been an integral part of the dental and orthodontic field since 2018. She is passionate about making sure every patient feels heard, comfortable, and at ease from the very first point of contact. Adrienne loves helping our patients have a fantastic first experience and ensuring they see the high quality of care our office provides from the moment they reach out!

Originally born and raised in Tyler, Texas, Adrienne recently moved to Minden and has fallen in love with the small-town feel of the area. She is a proud dog mom to a toy goldendoodle named Artie, who is as smart and sweet as she is cuddly. Being new to Louisiana, Adrienne enjoys exploring new restaurants, shooting pool, and heading outdoors for hikes and playtime with Artie.

Nicole is our Human Resources Director and Executive Assistant to the Doctors. She has been with A Brighter Smile since March of 2013.

Nicole has a son, Liam. She enjoys shopping, working out, and hanging out with her family and friends on the weekends.

Bre brings over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing strategy to her role as Marketing Director at A Brighter Smile. She leads the practice’s brand development, community partnerships, and growth initiatives, ensuring the office stays meaningfully connected to patients and the surrounding community. From strategic promotions to fundraising campaigns, Bre focuses on building lasting relationships and enhancing the overall patient experience.

Outside of work, Bre enjoys playing pickleball, traveling, thrift shopping, and managing her own Airbnb properties, reflecting her entrepreneurial mindset and passion for creating welcoming experiences.
